Randy has worked in the advertising/marketing/design industry since the late 70s: As a writer and producer at GSD&M in Austin; as a freelance writer and producer for agencies and mid-size clients across Texas; as a partner and creative director at U.S. Creative, Inc.; and from 2001–2013, as a partner and creative director at ThinkStreet. In March 2014, he set off on his own to utilize his experience and skills—primarily in corporate brand strategy and communications. In April 2015, he accepted a position as Principal and Creative Director at PulsePoint Group, soon to become part of ICF, before deciding to leave two years later (once self-employed, always self-employed) to once again pursue projects he can substantially impact for the good. He has single-handedly developed Swan Songs logo, brand and compelling visuals since 2015.
