Please join us as we gather to hold space for reflection, remembrance, and the enduring impact of those who remain in our hearts. We encourage you to bring a photo of your loved one to take part in a remembrance ritual.
There is no cost to attend…however, if you would like to make a donation in memory of someone special, we will add them to the Swan Songs Remember and Reflect Memorial Wall.
