Swan Songs fulfills musical last wishes by organizing private concerts for those with a terminal illness or nearing end of life. Concerts are provided at no cost to the recipient, family, or healthcare facility. They are easy to request, convenient, professional, personalized, intimate, and memorable. Anyone can request a concert – the recipient, a family member, life partner, healthcare or social worker, friend, or spiritual advisor. A specific style of music may be requested, and Swan Songs makes every effort to match the request with the perfect musician.

Gift of Song

While concerts are our primary program, Swan Songs also offers “The Gift of Song” – a song written by a professional songwriter based on someone’s life, customized to reflect their personal story and unique contribution to the world. For those who are facing the end of their time here, hearing their life journey in a song can bring comfort and closure. Those who are left behind will have something more than a memory; listening to a song inspired by the colorful details of someone’s life keeps them close to the heart for generations to come.
