Fulfilling musical last wishes.

Swan Songs® creates a sense of connection for individuals near the end of life by gifting them private concerts and supports live music in a community by compensating artists for those concerts.

Special thanks to Swans Songs musician and artist Sharon Rickert Lake for allowing us to feature Sunset Swans, her 30x24 oil on canvas painting inspired by a photograph by Duncan Chisolm, as the official 2025 Remember and Reflect image.

Swan Songs invites you to honor a loved one’s life and memory with a donation in support of our mission to fulfill musical last wishes. If desired, we will add their image to our Remember and Reflect Memorial Wall on the Swan Songs website.

We also invite you to join us for our annual Remember and Reflect Gathering. This special ceremony is an opportunity for you to reflect on those friends and family members who have left a special place in your heart.

Please bring a photo of the loved ones you would like to honor, to take part in our remembrance ritual. Donations to Swan Songs are encouraged but not required to participate.

Music by Jayme Ivison and Taylor Stearns. Featured speakers include Rev. Dr. Carla Cheatham and Rabbi Marie Betcher.

At Swan Songs, we envision a world where the end of life is honored through music. Your support helps us to create connection and comfort for families. Thank you in advance for joining us in this tradition.
