Professional Contact: don’t know if previously requested a concert

Swan Songs has initiated a new system where your concert request will go directly into our database. As part of this process you will have an account in our community database site. Ultimately it will make the concert requesting a more efficient process, but you’re required to be a user. If you’ve worked with us before we’ve already set up a user account for you. If you received an email from us on February 8, 2018, then we have you set up as a user. And if you have not worked with us before, or did not receive an email from us, then you need to set up a user account.
